Privacy policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
This policy covers the GrappleLogix website at grapplelogix.com and the GrappleLogix demo at demo.grapplelogix.com. GrappleLogix is wrestling team management software for coaches and their staff at youth clubs and high school teams. In this policy, “we” means GrappleLogix LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. You can reach us at info@grapplelogix.com.
The GrappleLogix app and beta have their own in-app privacy policy (effective October 17, 2026). They have no accounts, ads or analytics. Google Analytics runs only on this website and the demo, and only if you accept.
The short version
- The team data you enter in GrappleLogix, in the app or the demo, stays on your device. We don't receive it, and there are no accounts.
- This website and the demo use Google Analytics only if you click Accept. Nothing loads from Google before that.
- There are no ads, and Google Analytics advertising features are off on this website.
- If you email us, we get your email address and your message.
What we collect
- On this website: there are no forms, sign-ups or accounts, so we don't collect anything you type. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects how the site is used (see below).
- Server logs: our web host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. They are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems, and are kept for a limited time. We don't use them to identify visitors.
- Email: if you email us, including to ask for beta access, we receive your email address, name if you include it, and whatever you write.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website and the demo. It runs only after you click Accept on the cookie notice. Until then, and if you click Decline, nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookies are set.
- What it collects: pages viewed, how you arrived (for example, a search or a link), general device and browser information, and approximate location such as country or city. Google receives your IP address as part of the connection and uses it to estimate your general location. Google says Google Analytics 4 doesn't log or store IP addresses.
- On the demo: page views are sent with record ids removed, so no wrestler names, weights or team data are sent.
- Settings on this website: Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and advertising consent stays denied.
- How long it's kept: we set Google Analytics to delete user-level and event-level data after 2 months. Google keeps aggregated, non-identifying reports longer.

To change your choice: on this website, use (also at the bottom of every page). On the demo, go to Data & backup and use the Demo analytics card. When you click Decline, we delete the Google Analytics cookies for grapplelogix.com, including any set while you used the demo. Your choice is saved separately on this website and on the demo, so set it on each. You can also use Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Data in the app and the demo
GrappleLogix runs in your browser and stores your team's data in the browser's private storage on your device. There is no GrappleLogix server or account that holds it, and we never receive it.
What the app can store: team names, wrestler names, age groups, weights, skill level, AAU card numbers, parent or guardian contact info (name, email, phone) if you add it, opponent names and schools, match results, dues and document checklist items, ledger entries and any wrestler photos you add.
Nothing leaves your device unless you choose to:
- Export or share a backup. You pick where the file goes. A full team backup includes every wrestler's details and parent contacts, so share it only with staff you trust.
- Share a parent snapshot or season recap. The app makes an image or a read-only page on your device with only that wrestler's name, division, weight class, season record, badges and recent results. It never includes parent contact info, dues, coach notes, photos or other wrestlers.
- Import from a Google Sheet. Only when you start it, the app downloads the published sheet link you paste from Google.
- Open an external link, such as the PubMed research link or a Google Maps venue link. Those sites' privacy policies apply.
The demo opens with a sample team of fictional wrestlers. The sample data and any changes you make stay in your browser on your device, and nothing you enter is sent to us. Use Reset demo at the top of the demo to clear it.
Children
GrappleLogix is made for coaches and their team staff, including student assistants age 13 and older. It isn't directed to children under 13, and children under 13 shouldn't use it. Staff under 18 should use GrappleLogix only with their coach's OK and a parent's or guardian's permission.
Many of the wrestlers a coach adds are minors. Coaches should have a parent's or guardian's permission before entering an athlete's name, weight or photo. That information stays on the coach's device, and we never receive it. Demo analytics never includes names, weights or team data.
Beta access requests, support questions and privacy questions come to us by email. Our email is handled by Google. We use what you send only to reply to you and, if you asked for beta access, to send you the beta updates you asked for. We keep emails only as long as we need them for that and for ordinary records, and you can ask us to delete them any time by emailing info@grapplelogix.com. We don't sell or share your email address. If we learn a sender is under 13, we reply once and delete the message.
Third parties
- Google: Google Analytics (only after you accept), our email, Google Sheets imports you start in the app, and Google Maps links you tap. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google provides Google Analytics to us under Google's terms and processes this data on our behalf.
- Our web hosting provider, which serves the website and the demo and keeps the server logs described above.
- Fonts and icons are served from our own website, not from a font service.
Your choices
- Accept or decline analytics, and change it any time with .
- Clear your browser's cookies and site data to remove the analytics cookies and your saved choice.
- Delete your team data in the app: delete a wrestler from their profile, delete a team in Settings, or erase everything in Data & backup. In the demo, use Reset demo.
- Email info@grapplelogix.com to ask about, or ask us to delete, emails you've sent us.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We don't track you across other websites, and we don't use advertising cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as Decline: the cookie notice isn't shown and Google Analytics isn't loaded, unless you choose Accept in Cookie settings. We don't otherwise respond to Do Not Track signals, because analytics only runs if you accept. Apart from Google Analytics (only after you accept), no other party collects information about you on this website.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date.
